At X Guitars Australia, we provide fast, safe and reliable delivery for every order. All guitars are shipped via express international air freight from our overseas manufacturing partners directly to Australia for your convenience.
Every guitar is individually inspected before dispatch and packaged securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your item is shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Method
All guitars are shipped using:

Most orders travel by air for faster delivery and reduced handling.
After arriving in Australia, parcels are transferred to domestic couriers such as:

Delivery Times
International leg (Overseas → Australia):
Typically 5–12 business days depending on carrier and customs.
Domestic leg (within Australia):
Once your parcel reaches Australia, domestic delivery times are:

Remote and regional areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Costs

Oversized cartons (such as guitars) may vary based on destination and courier availability.
If your location requires additional charges, we will contact you before dispatch.
Order Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number that covers both:

Damage During Transit
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos:

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or repeated missed deliveries, re-delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your address carefully at checkout.
Pre-Orders & Custom Orders
Pre-order and custom items will show estimated timeframes on the product page.
Updates will be provided throughout the process.
Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime before shipping.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us immediately.
We will open an investigation with the courier.
X Guitars is not responsible for parcels stolen after confirmed delivery.
